Based in China, Onyx Electronics manufacturers EMI shielding products for customers who manufacture their end products in the Far East.

They also undertake high volume subcontract work on behalf of Phi @ Falmouth customers where the manufacturing cost savings can be much greater than the shipping costs back to the UK.

P & P Technology Ltd

P & P Technology is a leading specialist manufacturer of radio frequency and electromagnetic compatibility (RF & EMC) shielding products including shielded windows, high performance vents, contact finger strips, conductive foil tapes, conductive adhesives, woven fabric gasketing and knitted mesh gaskets, that can all be completely customised for your needs. At their ISO 9001:2000 registered facility, P & P offers a full service ranging from consultancy through to prototype and full production to ensure you achieve compliance with the EC Directive on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) 2004/108/EC which became effective in January 2005.

Phi @ Falmouth Ltd

Phi @ Falmouth has several divisions to it:

• Magnetic Heads: Phi has been manufacturing a wide range of magnetic recording heads for various industries including banking, medical, military and access control since 1969.
• SCIF's and EMI/RFI Screened Rooms: Phi are UK manufacturers of Modular SCIF's and EMI/RFI Screened Rooms, having designed and developed several for major defence clients across the UK and Europe.
• Caspian Climatic: Caspian Climatic is a specialist climate control division of Phi @ Falmouth. Caspian offers bespoke climate control solutions, their expertise allows them to design and manufacture unique products tailored to the customers requirements. Caspian customers include Pepsico and Pot Noodle. Caspian also install and maintain the air conditioning for all SCIF units.
• Subcontract Manufacturing: From their BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accredited factory, Phi also offers a subcontract manufacturing service.
• ABS Sensors: Specialists in the design and development of anti-lock braking system speed measuring sensors. These sensors are exported worldwide, with major markets in the USA and Europe.
  

Tech-Rep UK Ltd

Tech-Rep is a specialist sales and marketing company which provides technical companies with experienced representation in the UK. Tech-Rep works for a number of external principals as well as the other Onyx group companies. With over 35 years experience in electronic sales, they are skilled at selling to major design and manufacturing companies and have a dedicated in-house sales team as well as a team of professional field sales engineers located across the UK and Ireland. They also offer a bespoke marketing service to their clients.

Sentinel e-Registration
Tech-Rep are also the developers of Sentinel, an electronic registration system fir schools, sixth forms and colleges which uses swipe cards to register pupils attendance either lesson by lesson or morning and afternoon. This system has been successfully used in school throughout the country for over 15 years. The latest addition to Sentinel e-Registration is Touch Registration. A low cost biometrics e-registration system, which combines the Sentinel software with the latest USB fingerprint recognition technology.
